All of our popcorn is produced in facilities that also process tree nuts, peanuts, dairy, and soy.

Please call immediately at (865)214-7000 if you need to cancel your order. Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel your order.
Proper Popcorn ships from Knoxville, Tennessee and depending on location arrives within 2-5 business days (Monday through Friday). UPS does not consider weekends and certain holidays as business days.
For example, if you place an order on Wednesday at 11am EST with a shipping destination of Florida, the order would typically ship out same day and should arrive by end of day Friday based on UPS Ground transit estimates.
If you place an order on Wednesday at 6pm EST with a shipping destination of Florida, the order would typically ship out on Thursday and should arrive by end of day Monday based on UPS Ground transit estimates.
Please refer to the UPS Ground map below for transit days in your shipping zone. This map is only an estimate.
Most orders received before 11am Eastern time will typically ship same day. Large orders may require additional processing time. If placing a large order please call to verify shipping timeframe. Orders placed Friday after 11am Eastern, Saturday, and Sunday will ship on Monday.
UPS may have delays in your shipment. Currently, the UPS service guarantee has been suspended for all shipments from any origin to any destination.

During warmer weather months (May through September), all chocolate drizzle and specialty flavors will only be available for UPS Next Day Air Saver® or UPS 2nd Day Air® shipping.
If you select one of these flavors and do not select UPS Next Day Air Saver® or UPS 2nd Day Air® shipping, we will contact you to modify your order. If you do not see these options, it means you are already in our 2 day shipping zone.
Orders for these flavors will only be shipped out Monday through Wednesday if ordered before 3pm EST. 1 day orders have until 3pm EST on Thursday to order. If determined your order cannot be delivered within 2 days, it will be held and shipped out the following Monday.
Why is this policy in place? Our chocolate drizzle and specialty flavors will melt in too much heat. Though we still include special packaging to prevent this, the order may still melt if it spends more than 2 days in shipping.
These flavors are still available for in-store or curbside pickup at 9700 Kingston Pike, Suite 13, Knoxville, TN 37922 any day of the week.

We ship to the contiguous United States. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to a P.O. box.
